WHO WE ARE

HLPM has been servicing the Litchfield County area for over 20 years. While still providing the highest quality of service to it's clients HLPM has expanded it's team and now services the Farmington Valley area as well.

HAPPY CUSTOMERS

Jordan Moore, President of HLPM, has been our lifeline for the past 20 years, taking care of our home on Highland Lake in Winsted, CT while we are in Florida for the winter. He takes care of all needs on the outside of our home including our boat and dock. Jordan also checks the inside of our home for any potential problems and reports to us when we are away. Four years ago he painted the entire inside of our house. My wife and I endorse Jordan Moore and his company on the highest level.

spring

  • Check the gutters and downspouts for any clogs.

  • Enhance your property’s landscaping with new flowers or shrubs.

summer

  • Keep the grass trimmed regularly and maintain landscaping and increase watering for the hotter summer months.

  • Trim trees to keep weak or dying limbs from causing property damage during stormy weather.

fall

  • Change the HVAC filters and perform any routine maintenance to be sure the heater works properly for the coming winter months.

  • Clear your property of all dead leaves, weeds, and branches.

  • Check batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

  • Insulate water pipes near windows and doors to prevent them from freezing.
